Founded in 2002, SAMS is an acronym for Safeway Automated Medical Services which was a medical billing company. In 2018, SAMS broadened its operations by moving into the medical transportation industry. SAMS Transit Inc. is currently providing transportation to hundreds of medical patients by taking them to and from their appointments.
